No-Show or Cancellation Policy:
– Any cancellation or no-show made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
– Future appointments will require a deposit of $50 to secure the booking.
– Fee for consultation is $75 due at the day of service. This will be waived if a service is conducted.
– Three subsequent cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-shows may prevent you from booking with SKIN4U in the future.
Sales and Refunds Policy
– All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
– Exchanges for services or products are allowed within 30 days of the original purchase of the same value or less.
-Promo Sales is bound by a contract. If the customer breaks the contract before the expiration date, regular rates will apply to the products or services conducted and will be prorated.
Confidentiality Notice:
– All information shared and conducted within the practice is strictly for internal use.
– Consent will be obtained before any information is published or disclosed.
